SUPPORT SERVICES IN DUPAGE COUNTY.

Pre-Trial Services: Structured Stability During Case Adjudication

For individuals released pending trial under DuPage County jurisdiction.

RHM’s Pre-Trial Services Division provides logistical, financial, and case management support to individuals released pending trial to promote compliance, stability, and court engagement. All services are provided free of charge and are aligned with best practices for pretrial supervision support. Key Service Components: Case Management: - Intake assessment for needs, risk factors, and resource access. - Development of individualized stabilization plans. - Ongoing check-ins for compliance tracking and progress monitoring. Transportation & Scheduling Support: - Coordination of court and probation-related travel. - Reminders and documentation for attendance verification. - Assistance for clients with suspended or no licenses. Court-Appropriate Resources: - Provision of clothing, document preparation, and administrative support. - Facilitation of communication with public defenders and social service agencies. Basic Needs & Financial Support: - Grocery and essential item stipends. - Assistance in covering select court-related fees where applicable. Specialized Access: - Translation services for non-English-speaking participants. - Childcare coordination during mandated appearances. - Mental health and wellness referrals through approved partners.
