DuPage County Health Department
Roosevelt University
Service Area: Behavioral Health | Primary Care Integration Partnership Type: Public Health Collaboration RHM collaborates with the DuPage County Health Department to provide coordinated access to behavioral health services, crisis counseling, and primary healthcare referrals for clients under pretrial supervision and post-release re-entry. This partnership ensures continuity of care and reduces barriers to medication, therapy, and follow-up treatment.
Service Area: Education & Continuing Studies Partnership Type: Higher Education Collaboration RHM works with Roosevelt University to expand access to continuing education and certification programs for returning citizens. This collaboration promotes educational advancement as a foundation for long-term independence and social reintegration.

Service Area: Employment Readiness & Workforce Development Partnership Type: Workforce Integration Partner Safer Foundation supports RHM clients with job readiness training, credentialing, and placement into stable, living-wage employment. Through this partnership, individuals receive direct referrals for vocational programs and employer engagement opportunities across Illinois.
Service Area: Legal Advocacy & Systemic Reform Partnership Type: Justice Reform Collaboration Through its relationship with the Illinois Prison Project, RHM connects clients to legal support for record relief, clemency, and re-entry navigation. The partnership also contributes to statewide advocacy for fair sentencing, decarceration, and the reduction of legal barriers to employment and housing.

Service Area: Policy & Legislative Reform Partnership Type: Advocacy and Research Partner RHM provides human-centered data and case studies that support Restore Justice’s legislative work to advance equitable policy reform. This partnership translates RHM’s direct client outcomes into evidence-based recommendations for systemic change.
Service Area: Community Organizing & Public Policy Engagement Partnership Type: Civic Engagement Partner As a long-standing ally of RHM’s founders, The People’s Lobby supports coordinated campaigns that address housing discrimination, fair licensing, and equity in the criminal justice system. Service Area: Mental Health & Peer Support Services Partnership Type: Community Health Partner NAMI DuPage provides RHM clients with access to peer-led support groups, counseling resources, and mental wellness programs. Service Area: Faith-Based Community Support Partnership Type: Congregational Collaboration Lombard Mennonite Church supports RHM through volunteer engagement, transitional support for returning citizens, and public education on restorative justice.
